I would incorporate some of the changes made to all earlier professions, such as multiple skill ups with one item (especially blue items) and the possibility of getting a blue item when making greens. I do not, however, like random enchants.

Rather than simplifying the leveling process, I'd love to see more use for items made - in other words, a market. Right now, the items are pretty weak. Especially something like enchanting, where you can't even GIVE AWAY the
early enchants. What if scribes could make something like a paper glider with magical properties that when used (either be one-time use or have a few charges) that would give lowbies temporary flight for a short distance? They
could be expensive items that people might buy for their alts to get past some painful areas. They wouldn't last long enough to make the world trivial - just long enough to get you past that one pesky place. (The mats might be
expensive or rare so that people won't use it all the time). What if, at milestone skill levels (such as 75, 150, 225, etc.,) crafters learned to make really cool looking transmog that ONLY crafters could make. Not recolors but
something fantastic and different. Maybe they'd have to travel somewhere to a special trainer to get it. it would be nice though, just to see gear that people WANT to use. I think enchants and pots should give more bonuses than
they do now. I'd also love to see CRAFTED gear have gem slots earlier on, but limit what kinds of gems they can take. Maybe have a piece of gear that you can wear at level 30 have slots that can take TBC green gems, and those that you
can equip at level 45 take blue-quality TBC gems, creating a market for gems that no one wants currently. I'd also love to see "lower" buff foods from Wrath and Cata be useable earlier. While most of the Wrath food require
you to be 70 to eat them, why not be able to eat the easier foods that most people have to make to level cooking be useable at 65? (Stuff like mustard dogs or others that take one ingredient). How about more TOYS from all crafters, now
that space won't be an issue, as well as more pets and even mounts. I think the flying carpets should be available to everyone - just maybe keep ONE really cool looking one for tailors. :) People LOVE fun items. Make more
of such available through professions. Alchemists, enchanters, scribes can make fun, consumable items that act as "disguises," maybe like those spectral grogs we now get on the Timeless isle. Temporary glyph of random
dancing? (OK, it's a lot of work for animators, I know . . .:P) Your Tauren Druid could end up doing the Undead male dance.
