Encouraging your raiders to give the proving grounds a try might also help everyone to find weaknesses in their control scheme. In the same manner, you can discuss addons with the guild and maybe some of them will spark her (and others') interest.
Deadly Boss Mods is a critical one that raiders should be using. Sure, buy gold on wow, you can get by without it, but if someone is slow to react to abilities, DBM can help them respond faster. Even if you ignore all the large words flashing across
your screen, the auditory cues alone can improve reactions.
Another one I highly recommend is GTFO. It beeps at you when you're standing in the bad. I installed it for the first time about six months ago and it has saved me from millions of unnecessary damage at this point. A few key addons like that can
make a huge difference in someone's raid awareness.
UI mods are also game-changers. The default interface is not ideal, but mods can be tricky to set up. However, by talking about them and asking everyone to post screenshots of their UIs, it could motivate her and others in your guild to look into
streamlining their UI.
If she's tanking, ask your other tank to call out or make a whisper macro when she needs to taunt. If she's healing, maybe someone like the raid leader or the healing lead can call out on voice chat when it's each healer's turn to
use a cooldown. Good communication helps everyone.
Someone who is so enthusiastic about raiding will be motivated to learn and improve. Taking a few small steps to help her manage what's happening during an encounter can go a long way.
The underwater part was a bitch, wasn't it? Almost no one on Alliance even knows it exists unless they leveled a Shaman when you had to quest for your Totems. That spot serves no other purpose. There's still totem quests of some sort that send
you all over the place. It's pretty annoying.buy gold on wow.The good thing about my main being a Shaman is he can just run over the water (yay, Water-Walking!), and you just have to be in the right area on the map to get credit, not underwater
(though at the time, I could still do a breathe-under-water spell... boo for that spell's removal).
BTW, you can skip the boat trip from Stormwind. It's perfectly possible now to fly (on your own flying mount, of course) from near Lor'danel to Teldrassil before fatigue kills you. At least with 310% flight speed.Welcome back to The quene,
the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Matthew Rossi will be your host today.
Yeah, it's me. I don't care at all about tacos, but I do love dinosaurs, so when Alex asked me to write the Queue today, I knew I was going to talk about one. But which one?
never needed revamp? just look at his face...its like a piece of wood...you can see just as much emotions on it..or like a dead person...like its muscles are frozen..Well in motion the original face was animated badly so I'm sure the new one will
impress me a lot more in motion, buy gold on wow. so I'll give you that, needs sweeter eyes though.
They made a blue post accompanying this saying that in these "base models" they try to make the face as neutral and without emotion as possible. This way, the team in charge of the animation has a clean slate to work from. If they were to
put emotional looks in the template face - it would be harder to animate around.Don't worry, the new faces will have plenty of character.
Not really sure why everyone's complaining about the pink tint to the nose? It looks completely natural to me. Way more natural than the previous super washed out skintone. Have you guys actually seen pale people without makeup and magazine
airbrushing before?
I speak as someone with very pale skin, we're not just solid porcelain. Our skin is fairly translucent due to the lack of pigmentation so extremities (such as nose, eyelids, and fingers) do tend to be pinkish because you can see the
blood through the skin.
The annoying thing is that sometime in the last year after a patch they introduced a change so that it flashes the message "screenshot taken" or something similar right in the center of your screen, buy gold on wow,so if you take a bunch of
screenshots in rapid-fire nearly all of them will have that stupid message in the center.
We're starting to see the treats and tricks of patch5.4.7.While it's no longer time for the holiday season, the coming months are still shaping up to be a fun little WoW holiday. So while you're cozying up to some winter wonder right
now, what do you think of the upcoming patch? Don't forget to leave a comment and let your intrepid WoW Insider staff what you're playing this weekend!
I'll be working on leveling another hunter (can never have enough hunters). It's about 80 already so I'm not going to bother boosting it once patch 5.4.7 comes out. As for the patch, I think what I'm curious to see is how they set
you up on the boosted character. Do you just get greens? Dungeon blues? Are your skills doled out gradually (like the death knight introduction) or do you just get a full spellbook right off the bat? If it's the former, I hope there is an option
to skip that if you're familiar with the class already. I'm also hearing something about professions getting boosted if the character is already above 60, so I'm interested in learning how that works as it would influence my decision. Oh,
and what will the price be?
